Refund & Return Policy

At rimanplace.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • Banks and credit card companies may take 5–10 business days to process and post the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.
